Polyflex not purging

Can anyone recommend how to purge using polyflex.

Extruder is feeding filament, but not able to push existing material from head.

Extruder is pushing filament ok as had to manually untangle several times from extruder internals,  as filament tends to loop out of the extruder - unlike other materials which tend to deform the bowden tube when there is a blockage.

Have checked free movement of filament within bowden tube with head removed.

Marked the end of the filament to see how much is melting, and only slight heating of the first few mm can be seen, but not melted (no stringing).

I haven't had any issues with PolyFlex with the default profiles.

1. Make sure you are using a PTFE tube between the reel and the extruder, run through the filament guide.

2. Make sure you have a V2 extruder - it will be gray in color. If you don't have the version 2 extruder, you will need to upgrade it to use PolyFlex.

3. I usually purge with PLA before purging with PolyFlex since the PLA will be easier to push out of the print head during the purge.

4. Check that you don't have any blockage in the filament inlet. If you have strings from a previous material the PolyFlex won't be able to push it out.

If you continue to have issues, you may want to open a support ticket.
