Hello,
A quick question: Does anyone have some experience with printing  ESD / conductive material?
I think I need the SingleX head ....
A proposal for material / filaments?

Many Thanks!

I have't printed with it, but I would guess that you need the SingleX.

I haven't seen a FDM 3D printable filament which I would rely on to create even a low power circuit.

Our R&D has used silver pastes in an paste extruder which can create conductive tracks but this uses a toolchange rather than a conductive plastic filament via the regular nozzle.

Hello
and thanks for the answers.
My intention is more towards ESD. ESD-compliant packaging for electronics. The electrical conductivity does not need to be very good in this case.
In my work, we sometimes have to transport and store small electronic special components. So that's an idea that we manufacture customized packaging ourselves.

In this contex, Robox have a Single head for abrasive materials. Is it planed to develop a dual head for abrasive materials? For printing together with support material.

THXs and greatings from Berlin
Steffen
