Automaker 4.00.01 & Root Error print queue transfer of the print job failed
I originally purchased Root from Kickstarter but never got round to fitting it.
Have now fitted Root to Robox & system has updated
now running Automaker 4.00.01 software
Now Automaker won't upload print job, error is showing
print queue: transfer of the print job failed
have tried both ethernet & wifi, but get same message on each print.
Do I need to just return to using usb connection
or does anyone know how to make Root actually work
@dounebank i've moved your post to the software area.
Because your username is not the same as the one used in Kickstarter I cannot confirm your purchase. Please confirm the email address you used for the Kickstarter pledge. To keep this private you can send it to us via a support ticket. Or, if you put it here I will remove it after processing.
Once this is done we can give you access to a card image download which will allow you to refresh the installation on the Root. It is likely that there is some old data or settings which have not been overwritten from the first software release. New installations do not have this issue.
Thanks for reply & any assistance you can provide.
Root was purchased from kickstarter through [email removed]
appreciated that you will remove this after processing
@dounebank take a look here, you should have access now, let me know if not.
I poked it a bit, please check the link again. https://www.cel-uk.com/my-account/purchased-downloads/
@dounebank You should not need to unzip the image file. Etcher accepts ZIP files. You do not need to format the microSD card, Etcher will overwrite the contents as it works. Most microSD cards will come formatted; if you are using a card already used with the Root Etcher will just overwrite the existing image.

Robox is a complex machine with many potential uses, to help preserve the good working order of both hardware and software please be patient and note that many common fixes for other 3D printers do not apply to Robox and may cause irreversible damage or compromise safe operation.
