Filament out

I keep getting a filament out error mid-print when there is plenty of material left on the reel. I hit continue and the print resumes as normal. I can't find any breaks in the filament or any other filament related problems. I am printing with black PETG. Is this a common error, or could I need to replace a sensor somewhere?

From your description it seems your Loaded Switch is worn or loose. You may need to log in to the support portal to see the content of these links.

To help see if this is a fault take a look at the description of the Loaded Indicator in the diagnostics panel.

Whenever there is filament loaded this indicator should be lit up.

Ask the support team for help to replace it.

Or to ignore it (not recommended as it is a useful check during printing) you can untick the box in Preferences>Printing to Detect Loaded Filament
