I've just upgraded to Automaker 3.02.00.

I can't load or find my custom print profiles.

I haven't used the Robox for a month or two but I'm sure my custom profiles were there last time I used it.

Could they be lost or do I just need to find and re-attach them?

@kevins the default location for custom profiles in Windows is \Documents\CEL Robox\PrintProfiles

Typically they would not be removed or changed in an upgrade (AM 4.00.00+ will effect this)

One common confusion comes from attaching a different head. Eg if you create a profile using the S2 head and then fit a DM head the profile will not be available as it is not compatible.

You can still view and edit them in the profile library but not select them for printing.

Thanks @pete

I had a backup of \Documents\CEL Robox that I created when I had a firmware (SD card) problem a few months ago. They were all in there.

I copied all the profiles back and restarted Automaker and they are all there now. 🙂
