Heated bed not working

I am new to the forum.


I hope someone can help, I have a Robox with a single extruder that will not print due to the heated bed not heating up to the target temperature. I have had a look around the forum and a google search for help.

I have sent G-code: M105. Output: S:35 @0 T:-22 @0 B:27 ^0 A:29*0

Responce from M999: Bdelta:0.0


I have also noticed from the diagnostic screen that the y axis limit switch seems to be constantly lit.

Can anyone help me get the printer working?

@jbains sorry for the lack of reply I must have missed this one.

Your M105 report B:27  indicates that the ambient temperature is being read by the thermistor in the bed and ^0 no heating is being attempted.

It is quite delicate when the case is opened, it might have been damaged by someone.

In all cases please create a support ticket for official advice, if you intend to open the casing you must unplug all connections to the printer including USB and allow it to rest for at least 30 mins before working on it to allow capacitance to reduce. You will still be responsible for any harm to person or property in this case.
