Robox units originating from or purchased directly from box.co.uk or ebay seller box_uk
Box Ltd have several RBX01 and RBX02 units for sale. These units have been purchased from outside of the EEA and are not covered by the CEL-UK manufacturer warranty as no royalty or commission has been paid to CEL-UK.
Repairs within the warranty are free of charge but as CEL-UK have not been involved with nor benefited from the import of these goods we are not required to provide any support.
If you need help with one of these units please first contact your seller who may refer you to their supplier outside of the UK. If they are not able to resolve your problem you may contact our support team using the regular system but will be asked to pay for labour time and parts before any support can be provided.
During the initial contact with the CEL-UK support team you will be asked to provide your serial number and proof of purchase as usual. We will happily provide support for printing and spare parts as well as technical advice but may refer you to this forum or request that you make purchases from us directly before we can provide the level of support budgeted into the typical sale price of Robox units.

Robox is a complex machine with many potential uses, to help preserve the good working order of both hardware and software please be patient and note that many common fixes for other 3D printers do not apply to Robox and may cause irreversible damage or compromise safe operation.
